About me
I'm a versatile reporter and writer proficient in breaking news, enterprise, features, investigative, and longform journalism. I have worked as a stringer for The New York Times for 10 years and covered the pandemic as a staff reporter on the large team that earned The Times a Pulitzer Prize in Public Service in 2021. I also traveled the campaign trail in Iowa for The Times in 2023 and '24.
My editors tell me they like my collaborative style and ability to develop trusting relationships with the people I cover.
At this conference, I hope to connect with editors looking for an experienced reporter/writer who can handle the tough stuff.
I'm also eager to talk with other journalists about ways we can stay safe while covering protests and politics.
